Upfront purchase or financing
Monitoring and equipment agreements must be reviewed separately
Vivint offers month-to-month service with upfront equipment purchase, but the discounted HomeProtect offer requires a separate three-year service agreement. Check the selected service terms even when paying for hardware upfront. Its financing page describes 36–60-month equipment options with third-party lenders, subject to the offer and credit approval. Existing customers must use their signed terms; today's offers do not replace them.
ETF: Any monitoring exit fee depends on your service agreement. Ending service does not erase equipment financing; the loan agreement determines payment and payoff obligations.
