Abode advertises contract-free plans with monthly or annual billing. An annual payment is still money paid upfront; review renewal, cancellation and refund terms before choosing it.
ETF: Abode advertises no cancellation penalty. Do not treat that as an automatic refund of every unused prepaid charge or equipment purchase.
Cancellation
Use the cancellation route for the account that bills your plan. Abode says service continues to the end of the billing period and partial months or years are not prorated. Keep the cancellation confirmation; equipment returns are separate.
